There is a lot of outrage over Rolling Stone magazine putting Dzhokhar Tsarnaev on the cover of their magazine.

He will appear on the August 3rd issue. The cover, which features a self-taken portrait identifies him simply as "The Bomber," while promising to explain "how a popular, promising student was failed by his family, fell into radical Islam, and became a monster."

People are upset that the magazine chose to put a photo of him on the cover. Even though the same picture has appeared on other publications such as the New York Times, the reasoning behind the outrage is that this magazine usually puts rock stars and actors on the cover, not alleged terrorists.

This is not the first time Rolling Stone has put this type of person on the cover. Although its been awhile, Charles Manson was on the cover in June of 1970.
