
Beyonce Honors Trayvon Martin at Concert
The George Zimmerman verdict came in late Saturday night. 'Not Guilty' is what the jury decided, and it left many people confused, angry and disappointed.
At her concert in Nashville, TN on Saturday, Beyonce decided to honor the fallen teenager Trayvon Martin. She held a moments on silence for Treyvon Martin. According to the Associated Press, her concert started about 30 minutes after news of the verdict came out.
After the brief moment of silence, Beyonce began to sing the chorus to 'I Will Always Love You'. That transitioned right into 'Halo'.
