Attleboro Mass School Lockdown Lifted [UPDATE]

An Attleboro Mass Middle school wason lockdown after a suspect was reported near the school with a reported firearm.

Update 3:25pm - According to the Attleboro police, the lockdown has been lifted. The police search turned up nothing, and no one was hurt or injured during the event. The students claim to have seen a man with the outline of a gun in his pocket.

NECN reports that the police are currently on the scene, and investigating the situation. Mass. State Police, along witha  number of other special units are on the scene assiting local Attleboro police.

WCVB is saying that children at the Wamsutta School say a man in a back field run into the woods. He is described as a black mail wearing baggy pants, and a white shirt.
