A pastor from North Carolina has been using Olive Garden's never ending pasta pass every day, twice a day for 6 weeks!

I just wanted to congratulate him. Mr. Martin's like part of the family now

Alan Martin, a pastor in North Carolina, bought Olive Garden's never ending pasta pass that granted him as much pasta, salad, soup, breadsticks and soft drinks he could eat during a 7 week time period, and he took it very literally. On November 5, he ate his 100th meal at Olive Garden, spending only $100 for the pass while consuming over  $1,600 worth of food. Martin was quoted saying in an interview from Today.com saying, "I try something different every time,” said Alan Martin, who has now become a celebrity at the restaurant. Even the Olive Garden's manager, Jeremy Byrnes stated, “I just wanted to congratulate him. Mr. Martin's like part of the family now.”

You would think after all those meals at Olive Garden, his weight would have rose through the roof but Martin has stayed the same weight as when he started. He kept off any extra pounds by doing his weightlifting routine and watching his calorie intake. Martin feels some sadness at the upcoming ending date of his pass, stating, "I have no idea what I'm going to eat for lunch Monday morning."
