A Drug Search At Taunton High Has Three Students In Trouble

The Taunton Police Department conducted and unannounced K-9 drug search at Taunton High School yesterday.

According to the Taunton Daily Gazette, it was a routine search which turned up not only edible marijuana product but also two knives.

Julie Hackett who is the Superintendent of Schools says three students were involved but have not been criminally charged yet.  She says they could face criminal charges and will definitely face disciplinary action at school.

The students names have not yet been released.
