Fall River is not only home to the Hoo-Mee Chow Mein noodle factory, it's a food haven for delicious Asian cuisine.

Growing up in and around the Scholarship City, I've dined in and out of numerous Chinese and Asian-style restaurants. Mee-Sum has always been known to have the best chicken chow mein sandwiches and the sushi from Asia One is superb.

Newer restaurants such as China Sails who claim to have the thickest and meatiest spare ribs around and Tokyo Steakhouse with their five-star hibachi have embraced the competition with strong gusto, but are they good enough to be the best?

The search for the best crab rangoons, spare ribs, fried rice, General Tso's chicken, chow mein, etc. in the city begins with your vote:

Twenty Asian cuisine restaurants are depending on you to help make the ultimate decision. With that many restaurants, only one will stand out above the rest. The goal of this poll is to eliminate the almost daily "Who has the best Chinese Food in the area?" Facebook posts and to spread the love of delicious, fresh Asian cuisine to city locals and to anyone who is "just visiting."

Voting will end on March 3 at 11:55 p.m. and the winner will be presented the following day on the Rock and Fox show in the morning. Not only will the restaurant receive bragging rights, but will be awarded the famous Fun 107 "Spatula" as a trophy to hang high and proud on the walls of their establishment.
