When Is A Good Time To Think About The Holidays?

SO, Halloween is done, and we are into November.

Every year, around this time, if not sooner, people start to comment on how its too early to be seeing Christmas decorations, and hearing holiday music. It kind of makes me laugh because people act amazed that its happening, but it happens EVERY year, so I'm not sure where the surprise factor comes in.

Do you think its too early to have the spirit of the holidays around you? If so, when is a good time?
