Ralphie Is Coming to Mass.: Meet ‘A Christmas Story’ Star Peter Billingsley

In my family there is no choice. We will watch our favorite Christmas movie together at least once a year. A Christmas Story truly gives me that warm, fuzzy, nostalgic Christmas feeling.

Even though I didn't grow up in the era that the movie is set in, it is just packed with quotable movie lines surrounded by sibling rivalry, the challenges of being a kid, and Christmas spirit.

A Christmas Story is pure magic. That's why we're so thrilled to announce that the star of one of the most beloved Christmas movies of all time will be coming to Massachusetts, and not just to screen the movie. There will also be a "lively" and "moderated" question and answer period with the star of the movie himself, Peter Billingsley, who played the character of Ralphie.

Peter Billingsley Christmas Movie Trivia

I'm sure this will be covered in the question and answer period, but did you know that Billingsley also appeared in another classic Christmas movie? It's true. Billingsley had a cameo role in the movie Elf as Ming Ming (an elf at the North Pole). IMDB says that Billingsley's appearance went "uncredited and unnoticed for years" until someone finally recognized those piercing blue eyes.
