What’s Wrong With My Blinds? [PHOTOS]

I just moved into my new apartment and I instantly noticed something strange.

There were at least four blinds in the place that had a 6 inch by 6 inch square cut out of one corner at the bottom. 😐

Now, I'm no interior designer, but I'm pretty sure these blinds aren't supposed to be like that. What the heck is this?!

And the wierdest part is that it's not just one blind, it's multiple blinds!

I'm beyond clueless why anyone would do this... but I'm sure that there was some kind of motif to this madness.
