Watchdog Group Says Fidget Spinners are Dangerous Summer Toys
A consumer watchdog group has listed fidget spinners among possible summer hazards for children.
Boston-based World Against Toys Causing Harm said Wednesday in unveiling its summer safety report that the spinners can fall apart and the small pieces can create a choking hazard.
The group also warned about risks from lithium batteries in hoverboards, plastic weapons based on superhero movies; and non-motorized scooters.
