Wareham Police are searching for a man who allegedly stole a large amount of energy drinks from a supermarket in town.

According to a post on the Wareham Police Facebook page, officers are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man suspected of stealing a large amount of Red Bull from Shaw’s Supermarket, located on Marion Road.

The police posted two surveillance photos of the man in the hopes that someone can identify him.

Commenters on the post poked fun at the idea of stealing so much Red Bull, even incorporating the energy drink’s slogan into the jokes.

“He’s got wings now, you’ll never catch him!” wrote Cathy Sampson.

“He ran by me on 495 earlier,” Scott Dio wrote.

“He flew the scene,” Rob Jennings added.

“Is it suggested we wait until the Red Bull wears off before approaching him?” asked Kayle Martino.
