Walmart Supercenter Being Built In Wareham

They are sprouting up everywhere. One was just built in Taunton, just minutes from an existing one in Raynham, and now a new Walmart Supercenter is going up in Wareham.

The ground was just broken for the new store which will be on Route 28 and will replace the old East Wareham location.

85 more employees will be added to the new store because of the expansive departments which will include a full grocery section.

Lots of land will be around the new location so more businesses could develop in the future.

The new store will open in about a year.
