When I found this listing and noticed the home is in Brookline, I thought of only one person: Tom Brady.

Sadly, it's not Tom and Gisele's home, bummer. But this is a pretty amazing home with a matching price tag.

The most expensive home in the state of Massachusetts can be found at 150 Woodland Road in Brookline. This house is being sold for $38 million. The eight bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, 26,623 square feet of home, and 7.32 acres of land are what makes this house so expensive.
