When I found this listing and noticed the home is in Brookline, I thought of only one person: Tom Brady.

Sadly, it's not Tom and Gisele's home, bummer. But this is a pretty amazing home with a matching price tag.

The most expensive home in the state of Massachusetts can be found at 150 Woodland Road in Brookline. This house is being sold for $38 million. The eight bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, 26,623 square feet of home, and 7.32 acres of land are what makes this house so expensive.

Realtor.com describes this home: "Landscape and architecture blend to spectacular effect at this modern-day masterpiece featuring a level of design, quality and amenities that is surpassed only by the stunning natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. Built in 1999 with every luxury in mind, this 8-bedroom home by world-renowned architects Shope Reno Wharton is a one-of-a- kind masterwork situated on 7+ gated acres just 5 miles from the center of Boston. Prized for its stately presence and sparkling limestone exterior, the majestic home captures the best of traditional architecture while integrating beautifully-scaled, light-filled interiors that delight the eye at every turn. Only the finest materials were employed throughout the home's nearly 27, 000 square feet of elegant living space and the result is a tour-de-force that mixes the best of classic architecture with comfortable modern spaces perfectly suited to the way we live today. This illustrious estate represents one of the Northeast's most spectacular homes."

It's been on the market for just six days so far and the last time that it sold was in 2000 for $1.92 million. Check out the listing and all 25 photos right here:
