Tax Amnesty For Thousands in Massachusetts

Do you owe the state of Massachusetts money? Well they're giving you some good reasons to pay up!

The Massachusetts Department of Revenue has announced a tax amnesty program for delinquent taxpayers that goes from today until May 15th and applies to tax liabilities billed on or before Jan. 1, 2015.

So if you owe tax money back to the state, you can now pay it without penalty as long as you pay up by the amnesty due date. That could save a lot of people a LOT of money.

Notices are said to be going out to nearly 24,000 state residents that qualify for the program and will let them all know exactly how much money they could save by taking advantage of this tax amnesty program.
