Tom and Jimmy's ice cream shop in Taunton is taking the Christmas tradition we know and love and turning it into a delicious dessert with its ice cream advent calendar.

Ice Cream Advent Calendar

The year-round ice cream shop is now taking orders for its seasonal specialty.

"This is the second year we’ve done the advent calendar," owner James Gracia said. "Our general manager Jillian Joyce is always scoping ice cream sites and groups throughout the country to come up with new ideas."

Each ice cream advent calendar comes with a dozen pre-packed containers, each stuffed with a different flavor, for $24.99.

How the Ice Cream Advent Calendar Works

One by one, you'll take a container of ice cream out of the freezer for a delicious way to celebrate the 12 Days of Christmas.

"It’s a nice selection of holiday ice cream flavors and some of our most popular flavors," Gracia said.

Tom & Jimmy's is keeping the exact flavors under wraps. You will find out what they are once it's time to taste.

"When you open up that date's ice cream, it gives you the ice cream flavor and description," Gracia said.

How to Preorder Your Advent Calendar

Preorders are available now through December 13 (the start of the 12 Days of Christmas) with pickups beginning the week of December 7.
