Governor Baker took a page from Governor Patrick's playbook this week, declaring a statewide travel ban for any "non-essential" workers (emergency crews, plow drivers, media, etc). In my opinion, the travel ban worked well during the 2013 Blizzard and worked just as well with the Blizzard of 2015...
