Suspect in Killing of Sean Gannon Pleads ‘Not Guilty’

BARNSTABLE — The man accused in the shooting death of Yarmouth police Sergeant Sean Gannon is pleading not guilty.

Gannon was killed in April as he served a warrant in Barnstable.

Thomas Latanowich, who faces multiple charges including murder, entered his plea today in Barnstable Superior Court. He's being held without bail.
