This week the Tournament of Champions is wrapping up on Jeopardy! and the contestants want you to play along for Alex.

We all likely know by now that long-time Jeopardy! host Alex Trebek is in a battle with pancreatic cancer.

And though things seem to be going pretty well, Trebek did announce this past September that he would be undergoing another round of treatment against his Stage 4 cancer.

That announcement came just as the show was taping the Tournament of Champions episodes that are airing now and the contestants were clearly rocked by the news.

Earlier this week, college champion Dhruv Gaur did not know his Final Jeopardy answer, so instead of making something up, he used his time to write a message of support to Trebek.

And got Alex choked up with his words.

Shortly after that episode, contestant Steven Grade made the Twitter announcement that during the tournament's finals viewers at home could play along and help raise funds for the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research.

So here's how to do it:

Simply play along with the show as you probably always do when watching.

For every correct answer you get during the Thursday, November 14 and Friday, November 15 shows, donate $1 to Lustgarten.

Easy, right?

So watch the tournament finals this week and try to get as many questions as you can right.

Keep track of which ones you shout out the correct answer to and then log on to donate that much money.

$20 for 20 correct answers. $32 for 32 correct answers.

You get it.

If everyone watching Jeopardy! those two nights plays along and donates, think of how much money can be raised for pancreatic cancer research.

I know I'll be doing it.
