State Police Say ‘Stupid And Reckless’ Expressway Stunt Could Have Been Deadly

Hitching a ride! We've all done it at some point, but most likely not to this level and State Police are upset that no one called them. about a dangerous incident on the Southeast Expressway, that people photographed and went viral, but didn’t report.

According to CBS, The Massachusetts State Police received this photograph of two teens riding on the back of a tractor-trailer yesterday afternoon on I-93 in Dorchester.
