SouthCoast’s Best Breakup Stories

Gazelle and I were talking about the shocking way country singer Zach Bryan broke up with his girlfriend without notice over his fan Instagram account. Ice cold, right?

We asked the audience to share any "interesting" breakup stories they might have from either side of the ball.

The spiciest call we got was this one. It was so spicy we changed her voice to protect the not-so-innocent. In the end, though, she ended up marrying her husband, but it was certainly a wild ride. Take a listen:

Let me tell you, there's a lot of crazy out there. In almost every case we read about, it seems like the best thing that could have happened to these people was the fact that they were dumped by a red flag waving, incompetent human. They escaped what could have been a lifetime of nonsense.

The best part of all of this is that we could have kept the topic going all the way until the end of the show. We were flooded with calls sharing nightmare breakup stories.

One other notable story was from a woman who asked to be kept anonymous. She went out with her friend of 20 years one night. They came back home, and when she woke up, the friend was gone and was never to be heard from again. It was a total ghosting.

She always wondered what happened, then only recently got the real story from her brother.

Her friend and her brother had some relations that night, and apparently the friend couldn't look either of them in the eye after the night was over. Saucy!
