If you’re a fan of Green Jar Cocina, this is the kind of comeback story you love to see.

After closing up shop at the end of October 2024, the popular SouthCoast food truck is officially back in action, and judging by the excitement from owner Carla DiCorpo, this next chapter might be their busiest yet.

DiCorpo shared the news with a heartfelt post, letting supporters know just how much this return means. “Excited to let everyone know that Green Jar Catering & Cocina is back open!” she wrote, adding that the truck will once again be hitting multiple locations while continuing to handle private events both with and without the food truck.

The reopening kicks off on Cinco de Mayo (May 5), with Green Jar setting up at Solar Cannabis Co. in Somerset.
