Somerset’s Top Dog Gets an Early Christmas Gift

The holidays bring out the best in people, and more often than not we are moved to give to those who need it. Christmas came a bit early for Somerset's Top Dog when a longtime resident gifted the Somerset Police Department $10,000 towards the training and care of the department's 3 year old K-9, Viepo .

The money will be used for Viepo's care, food and training. Viepo works alongside his partner Ofc. Jared Linhares and has been on the force since August 2015 and yes, he has his own doggy vest!
