September isn’t just for pumpkin spice and apple pie. When September rolls around, for some of us, it means the Seafood Festival is back in town.

The Rhode Island Seafood Festival returns to India Point Park on September 7 and 8, serving up some of Rhode Island’s best seafood offerings under one tent.

The Tradition of the Rhode Island Seafood Festival

The Rhode Island Seafood Festival began in 2011, and for the past 13 years, it has been a hot destination for local seafood, beer, wine, and spirits from Ocean State producers.

“Since our inaugural festival in 2011, we’ve strived to deliver memorable experiences to our guests,” said RI Seafood Fest.

Offering locally sourced food, locally sourced drinks, and live music all weekend long, the Rhode Island Seafood Festival is the bow on top of a Rhode Island summer.

Important Details for Rhode Island Seafood Festival

India Point Park will be the waterfront backdrop for the event on Saturday, September 7, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, September 8, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Your ticket covers admission into India Point Park for one or both days, depending on the type of ticket purchased, and it includes a full day of live music and access to the restaurant and art vendors.

For the non-seafood eaters, there will be delicious options to choose from, and leashed dogs are welcome.
