"What has he done?"

Rajon Rondo served up some humble pie and didn't hold back when he was asked about the whole Isaiah Thomas tribute video debacle.

In 2008, everyone wanted to talk about the Celtics new big three (Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen). We often forget that Rondo was a key contributor and big part of the Celtics winning that title and going back to the finals a couple years later. He has claim to something in Boston Isaiah Thomas doesn't, a championship banner hanging in the rafters. Rondo, who played the Celtics last night in an overtime thriller, was sure to remind people that titles are what matter to the Celtics, according to SB Nation.

Rondo said, "This is the Boston Celtics. This isn't the Phoenix Suns...No disrespect to any other organization, but you don't hang conference titles. Do we hang going to the conference finals? What do we hang here?"

He's not wrong. Isaiah despite how exciting of a player he was, didn't achieve anything legendary in green. He was thrilling and helped move the organization forward, which deserves recognition, but a legend he is not.

Isaiah Thomas tweeted yesterday that he's decided to stop forcing the issue and let Paul's night be all about #34.
