This Rhode Island Beer Tour Turns You Into a Detective
It's not every day that you find something new you're willing to try. Whether it's a new food, workout class or in this case a new tour, it seems as though the idea sounds nice, but actually committing to it is another story.
However, I recently discovered a new activity in Rhode Island that I can get on board with – literally. It's called the Clues & Brews Murder Mystery Beer Tour and I am here for it.
From my love of the boardgame Clue to Shaggy and the gang solving mysteries on Scooby Doo to the current episodes of Criminal Minds, I have always had a love of whodunits. Plus, I'm a sucker for a good IPA.
If you find yourself in the same boat, it might be time to book a ticket for the Clues & Brews Tour.

How the Murder Mystery Experience Works
While on board a Providence Tour Company bus, guests will visit three breweries in Providence and enjoy a flight of beer at each stop.

The catch? You don't know which breweries you're headed to. It's up to you and your group to solve puzzles and games to reveal the next destination.
The Real Rhode Island Case Behind the Story
Not only is the experience creative and fun, it's actually based around a real 19th-century Rhode Island murder case of Josephine Barnaby, a woman poisoned in what became the country's first murder by mail case.
Tours run Wednesday through Sunday at 2 p.m.
