PROVIDENCE — The Providence Place Mall was briefly evacuated on Labor Day after someone pulled a fire alarm.

Mall security tells WBSM News that a person had pulled the fire alarm at around 2:30 p.m. this afternoon, and the mall was evacuated.

The all-clear sign was given just after 3 p.m., and the mall has re-opened and is following its normal holiday schedule.
