"I'm retired, so I'll try and be as brief as I can so you don't get a parking ticket today," he began with a chuckle. "I actually was in your shoes 67 years ago."

Caprio has his degree from PC and was happy to share his story. He credits his success in life to his parents, both immigrants from Italy. He was the first in his family to graduate college.

"Your careers will be full of success, excitement and making this world a better place for all. That's the easy part and it's what is expected of you," he said. "However, you will also not be spared problems. Obviously there will be setbacks, disappointments and the rare failure and how you handle them is the real challenge."

"Just don't ever give up," Caprio added. "Have faith in yourself and reach deep within you to find the strength to persevere."

"Faith and family values can be the springboard to make any dream possible," Caprio said.
