P.F. Chang’s Frozen Food Recall
If you're making your Chinese food at home, then you should be aware of a frozen food recall from P.F. Chang's.
Nearly 200,000 lbs of P.F. Chang's frozen dinners have been recalled by ConAgra Foods over a possible metal contamination.
Pieces of metal have reportedly been found in the frozen dinners' sauces and are said to be curled, malleable and shiny and are between two and nine millimeters in diameter.
No injuries or any adverse reactions from consumption.
Workers reportedly first noticed the metal fragments on July 1, 2016 while distributing sugar from a supplier for sauce formation.
The frozen entrees affected by the recall are:
