Own a Castle Used in ‘Game of Thrones’ [PHOTOS]
If you happen to win the lottery, you may want to splurge on this Irish castle used in Game of Thrones.
It was used as Riverrun, the childhood home of Catelyn Stark, on GoT and now this castle in Northern Ireland is on the market for $656,452.
Maison Real Estate is selling the 15+ bedroom home that they say was built in the mid-1800s and occupied by the Earls of Gosford until 1921.
Since then it has housed troops during World War II, been a hotel and of course been the seat of House Tully on HBO.
But honestly, it seems to have fallen into a bit of disrepair.
Still this place is quite the fixer-upper with reception halls, dozens of fireplaces and what appears to be a dungeon?
Most rooms have crazy ornate ceilings and the bones of this place are clearly still in great shape.
Sure you'd need some extra cash for remodeling and making it your own, but you'd get a super cool place with an epic history when all was said and done.
And this view is no joke, either.
