WAREHAM - One person is missing after an explosive, all-consuming fire at a Wareham home Thursday morning.

Multiple media outlets are reporting that the fire broke out at about 3:30 a.m. Thursday at 36 Restful Lane, and quickly raged to a two-alarm blaze.

Wareham officials say the fire has been extinguished, but the amount of fire and structural damage to the home has prevented firefighters from getting inside the house.

Authorities say they are unsure if the unaccounted person was in the home at the time of the fire or if they were away. Efforts are underway to track that person down.

No injuries have been reported at this time.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
