While we're usually telling you about movies filming around Boston, this time you can actually sit back and enjoy the finished product on the big screen—with some big names.

The Independent Film Festival Boston is bringing a lineup of standout films to the area, and it's closing things out with a major Hollywood name.

Acclaimed director and actress Olivia Wilde will be in town for a special screening of her new film "The Invite," happening Wednesday, April 29 at the beloved Coolidge Corner Theatre in Brookline.

Wilde's latest film won't be released in theaters until June 26, so her appearance at the festival's closing night event is not only a chance to see the film early, it's a chance to watch it with the woman who put it all together.
