A major ticket pricing issue left thousands of Olivia Dean fans fearing they would never be able to see the British singer live in Boston next summer.

Hugely inflated prices were displayed on the Ticketmaster website just before the Thanksgiving holiday, after what the company said was an accidental typo.

Now those same fans may have reason to be thankful with huge refunds headed their way.

There was definitely some drama last month when tickets for Olivia Dean's first headlining North American arena tour went on sale. Fans eager to see "The Art of Loving" tour stop at the TD Garden in Boston on August 10, 2026, got some serious sticker shock when they attempted to buy tickets.

What Went Wrong: The $753 Ticket Typo

A Ticketmaster typo inflated ticket prices by 14 percent and showed fans the price tag of $753 instead of the intended $53.

It didn't take long for those fans to voice their complaints and concerns all over the internet.

Heading right for their socials with screenshots of the pricing and insanely long lines to purchase, fans jumped all over the ticket retailer for their crazy prices and resell policies.

Olivia Dean wasn't too far behind them either.

Artist and Ticket Seller Respond

The artist herself got into the mix on November 21, posting in her Instagram stories about Ticketmaster and its parent company, Live Nation. She apologized to fans for their "disgusting service" and told the ticket provider to "be better."

Perhaps Ticketmaster was actually listening, because a few days later they acknowledged "The Art of Loving" Tour ticket mistake and updated the ticket pricing on their site. The company also refunded those who had already purchased the inflated $753 tickets.

Show Still Sells Out

Either way, the ticket pricing didn't stop the show at the TD Garden from selling out within days, so thousands of Olivia Dean fans are going to be seeing her live and getting some money back in their pockets just in time for the holidays.
