Sure, it's not even Halloween yet, but a local novelty company out of Narragansett, Rhode Island already has us thinking about Christmas.

The company, My Little Town, has been making super local ornaments, mugs and more for years. From Del's cups to Benny's delivery trucks, there are all sorts of Rhode Island ornaments one can buy.

Yet it's their 2024 additions that might be something even SouthCoast residents would want to get their hands on.

That's because the Washington Bridge is being made miniature for your Christmas tree this season. And anyone who's had to struggle over the bridge since last Christmas will appreciate this holiday decoration.

My Little Town describes this new ornament on their website by simple saying "Washington bridge debacle. Who's to blame?" Though opinions on this one will clearly vary, laughs at the ornament itself will likely be shared by all.

The new ornament is not just a miniature model of the bridge, when you look at it from the top and see the lanes painted across the bridge's deck you'll notice 'road closure' signs and lots of tiny orange cones marking the mess that has plagued many local drivers for nearly a year.

My Little Town definitely knows how locals feel about this bridge disaster and are letting them add this piece of Rhode Island history to their family trees for the holidays.

Though the ornament won't be in stock until the end of October, you can currently purchase one for $29.99 and have it shipped to you as soon as available.

While the new ornament will definitely be ready for the holidays, the real life bridge will clearly take a lot more work.
