New Bedford Woman Wows The Judges On “America’s Got Talent” [VIDEO]

Millions of people tuned in to watch New Bedford's Samantha Johnson wow the judges last night on NBC’s hit reality television show, "America’s Got Talent."

Before her appearance on stage, Johnson stated, “I’ll go out there and sing from my heart. This could change everything.”

And it sure did change everything.

The 26-year-old New Bedford High grad rocked the house singing “(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman,” by Aretha Franklin, for her audition song.

Johnson received a standing ovation from all four judges, Howard Stern, Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, and Mel B. Barely a chorus into the song, she received a standing ovation from the audience.

Johnson received a “Yes” from all four judges. She will return to the show for the second round of auditions, also known as judgment week, at a date yet to be determined.
