New Bedford Police Search for Two Men in Armed Home Invasion

NEW BEDFORD - Two men are being sought by New Bedford Police after an armed home invasion early Thursday morning.

Police say the robbery took place at an apartment on Carriage Drive just after midnight, with two men, one of them reportedly armed with a knife, robbed the victim of a safe, wallet, and cash.

The victim said he knew one of the suspects, and police don't believe the home invasion was random.

Police have obtained arrest warrants for 46-year-old Timothy Gregory and 39-year-old Lawrence Henricks, both of New Bedford. They will be charged with home invasion and armed robbery upon their arrests.
