A New Bedford house boat went on the market a few years ago, and the new owners have made this gem the perfect tourist stop that even locals can enjoy.

Back in 2021, we shared with you a very rare real estate listing of a house boat for sale in New Bedford and we have been keeping tabs on it ever since and are excited to share with you some of the updates it has undergone and how you can get a firsthand experience staying in this cute haven.

It quite literally is in the perfect location for tourists to see some of the best views our area has to offer and is close to some of the best eats, just minutes from Fathoms and downtown New Bedford.

Deven Franco and Kendra Platt manage Fleet Marina, which is officially called Harborview LLC, and are the ones that updated and manage the houseboat, "The Drift Loft."

They actually have more than one, but this particular houseboat got such an astounding makeover since we last showed you a few years ago that we had to share it again with the updates. This is a two-bedroom, four-person space, but I'd want it all to myself.

It is available to book on Airbnb, and while it's only been months since it was listed, it already has lots of positive reviews from visitors.
