Miss Massachusetts’ Amazing State Costume Will Make You Smile
In case you missed the annual Miss USA pageant while watching all the Olympics action, there is one outfit from the show you absolutely should see.
When asked to create a costume that represented her state, Miss Massachusetts nailed it with possibly the most Massachusetts outfit we've ever seen.
Inspired by the 'DunKings' track suits in the Super Bowl commercial with Ben Affleck, Matt Damon and Tom Brady, Miss Massachusetts, Melissa Sapini, turned herself into the DunkQueen.
The North Attleboro resident rocked bright pink and orange with a huge inflatable donut floating behind her head, and it was incredible.
Sapini's take on 'The DunKings' tracksuit was more like a cat suit, with iconic Dunkin pink knee high boots to go along with it. The donut attached really just takes it to a whole new level.
Plus the entire outfit was Dunkin approved, since Sapini is part of their Dunkin'Tern program according to a press release from the company.

Saprini says the outfit was also inspired by her mother, who emigrated to America from Haiti and one of the first beverages she ever had in the country was a Dunkin coffee.
The judges also must have enjoyed Miss Massachusetts wardrobe choice, since Sapini finished the contest in the Top 10. Miss Michigan, Alma Cooper, was crowned Miss USA during Sunday night's pageant with Miss Kentucky, Connor Perry, and Miss Oklahoma, Danika Christopherson, as first and second runners-up, respectively.

Miss Michigan may have won the night, but her state inspired outfit representing the Great Lakes had nothing on Saprini's choice.
Here's hoping more of us can be DunkQueen's and Dunkin start selling similar outfits in time for Halloween.
