You could call them the King and Queen of pop music in the 80's and 90's, but they also happen to be the King and Queen of spending money on music videos. Of the top 25 most expensive music videos of all-time, Michael Jackson and Madonna account for the top 5.

Obviously Michael Jackson is known for his "mini-movies" when it comes to music videos, and "Thriller" might go down as the greatest music video ever made. Strangely enough, it did not make the list of the 25 most expensive videos.

So what are the top 5 most expensive videos?

5. Black or White - $4 million

4. Bedtime Story - $5 million

3. Express Yourself - $5 million

2. Die Another Day - $6.1 million

1. Scream - $7 million

These aren't the only music videos by these two to make the list. Coming in at #12, Micheal Jackson's "Bad" cost $2.2 million with appearances by a young Wesley Snipes and directed by Martin Scorsese. His music video for "Remember The Time" came it at #14 at a cost of $2 million.

Madonna also had another appearance on the list at #22 with "Give Me All Your Luvin'" featuring MIA and Nicki Minaj.
