According to Metro News, Keith Carew of Mashpee has been charges with motor vehicle homicide by reckless operation in connection with a head on collision.

Carews pick up truck allegedly crossed the highway median and slammed head on into a small Toyota sedan... The impact killed Robert Roche of Sandwich and injured his 48 female passenger.
