Local Contractor Donating Time to Help a Family in Need of a Home

Buzzards Bay Area Habitat for Humanity’s Mattapoisett Home Build is getting the siding installed by a generous contractor.

Buzzards Bay Area Habitat for Humanity, an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, serves the towns of Acushnet, Fairhaven, Marion, Mattapoisett, Rochester, Wareham, New Bedford, Dartmouth, and Westport. The first home build in Mattapoisett is located at 153 Fairhaven Road, near the Fairhaven line.

According to a recent press release, the siding for this beautiful new home is currently being installed with thanks to a local business. Care Free Homes is donating their time to help a local mother, and her two daughters, that are in need of a safe home that is affordable. The project is ongoing as work has already started and will run through next week.
