USA Today is reporting that Aaron Hernandez is being sued by a man who says the Patriots tight end shot him in the face back in February. The plaintiff, Alexander S. Bradley, says the two men had just had an argument at a strip club in Florida, and were headed on a road trip to Palm Beach, Florida. That's when Bradley says Hernandez pointed a loaded gun at him and fired. Bradley's lawyer says he's uncertain if the shooting was accidental or deliberate, but wants to get the Pro Bowl receiver on the witness stand to find out.

Bradley lost his right eye in the shooting, and has also had trouble eating due to pain in his jaw.  He is suing Hernandez for $100,000.

This incident appears unrelated to Aaron Hernandez' other brush with the law yesterday, when he was questioned at his home about a homicide in North Attleboro.  Mass State Police were back at the Hernandez home today to execute a search warrant in the murder investigation.
