Handicapped parking is something a lot of people do not take seriously, unfortunately. Able-bodied people seem to find no harm in parking in spots designated for the handicap. Often times, there is no punishment for this behavior becuase its nearly impossible to police all parking lots, all of the time.

But when good faith fails, technology steps in.  A non-profit organization in Russia, Dislife.ru, recently developed a powerful campaign that forces drivers to acknowledge their inconsiderate behavior when illegally parking in a handicap spot.  With the help of some new technology, cameras were able to detect when a driver was parking illegally and immediately created a hologram of a disabled person that would then guilt the driver into rethinking his parking choice.

What the campaign in action below.
