Harvey Weinstein and his former company on Wednesday agreed to settle civil claims with his accusers. The total settlement is worth about $47 million, with two-thirds of that – roughly $31 million – going to the accusers, with the remainder going to the lawyers.

In a statement, Douglas Wigdor and Kevin Mintzer, attorneys for two of the accusers, rejected the deal, saying, "It is shameful that $12 million of the settlement is going to the lawyers for the directors who we alleged enabled Harvey Weinstein."

And in a statement obtained by The New York Times, Rebecca Goldman, Chief Operating Officer of the TIME’S UP Foundation, expressed frustration, saying in part, “This settlement is more than a math problem it’s a symptom of a problematic, broken system that privileges powerful abusers at the expense of survivors."

“While this settlement is flawed, we know it represents the hard work of several survivors of Harvey Weinstein," she continued. "We hope it brings them, and perhaps others, some small measure of justice and relief that is long overdue."

Weinstein and his attorneys declined to comment about the settlement as it comes less than a month before jury selection in his criminal trial is due to start on January 6.

On a happier note, let's talk puppies. Nick Jonas was asked about his new puppy Gino. Priyanka surprised him with Gino only a few weeks ago.

The Jumanji world tour is happening with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Jack Black, Karen Gillan (who played the daughter of Thanos in the Marvel movies) and of course Kevin Hart. Here they are answering press questions in Germany. They were asked who they would swap bodies with in real life:

If you look closely @kevinhart4real brilliantly asks @karengillanofficial to answer first - and you can see Kev’s masterful mind spinning for an answer. Then it hits him. Then he heard “FINISH HIM” in his head and delivered the final death blow to me. When he says “I’ll pick DJ cos I don’t know what it’s like to be stupid” my stomach immediately started to hurt from laughing so hard But juuuuuust when you think The Rock ain’t answering the 10 count... I rise up out of the ashes to deliver the FINAL BLOW.
