Harvey Weinstein Goes to the Hospital Instead of Jail

For women and people everywhere who feel as though justice has not been served with yesterday's Harvey Weinstein verdict, you're not alone.

Chest pains landed disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein in the hospital Monday after the verdict in his closely-watched trial was announced. After being found guilty of rape and sexual assault, Weinstein was supposed to be transferred to New York's Rikers Island jail, but he was diverted to Bellevue Hospital. The 67-year-old will remain in custody until he's sentenced on March 11.

Arthur Aidala, who is a lawyer on Weinstein's defense team, explained the reactions after the verdicts were read.

The criminal sexual assault charge carries a sentence of from five to 25 years. The third-degree rape charge carries a sentence of up to four years of probation.

It's a new season of The Voice and the debut of Nick Jonas, and he's already going head-to-head with Blake, fighting over contestants. Tate Brusa sang an Ed Sheeran favorite and Nick wanted to really help Tate find his voice so he did something a little untraditional, hopping up on stage with him. Then Blake brought out an adorable yellow lab puppy and bribed Tate with it.

Ultimately, Tate chose to be on Nicks's team and I think he made a smart move cause I'd be choosing Nick's team all day.
