West Bridgewater Alehouse Hosts Harry Potter Brunches

Calling all Potterheads!

A West Bridgewater restaurant is diving into the wizarding world and bringing the popular Harry Potter book series to life throughout the month of October.

Harry Potter Brunch at Barrett’s Alehouse

It's back! On select Saturdays during October, you can indulge in a magical Very Potter brunch with an à la carte menu and themed drinks.

You'll feel just like the students in the Great Hall.

Dates:

Saturday, October 12 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Saturday, October 18 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Saturday, October 25 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Harry Potter Candle-Making Workshop

Monday, October 6 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Hosted by Hand the Light, this hands-on event teaches you how to create your own scented candle while enjoyed Harry Potter-themed cocktails and mocktails.

Dobby Sock Drive

Throughout the entire month of October, Barrett's will be hosting a sock drive named after the beloved Potter character. New, in-the-package socks of all sizes can be donated in the bin next to the host stand.

Donations will be brought to local shelters to help those in need stay warm during the winter months.

Costume Contest

Muggles are encouraged to dress the part. Whether it's donning a Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw robe, or perhaps Hagrid is more your style, costumed fans will be plentiful.

So grab your wands, bring your appetite and enjoy a Very Potter October.
