Richard Pacheco, a chef at Freestone's City Grill in downtown New Bedford gives you a step by step demo of how he prepares their delicious, lightly fried, sauteed calamari with chourico and onions. Our favorite is when he tosses the calamari in a spicy white wine garlic sauce.  Watch the magic happen!
