Finding a Mom is 12-Year-Old Zachary’s Biggest Wish
Zachary is a 12-year-old boy who loves exploring. This is a kid with terrific manners. While Zach can sometimes be on the quiet side, his inquisitive mind and curious spirit drive him to love asking questions about the world around him.
Zachary enjoys playing with Legos, building things, and playing video games. He loves to spend time outside and to be active. Swimming and baseball are some of his favorite activities. He also has a new found love of gardening. "Gardening takes patience, water and sun," he said.
His adoption counselor says he's the kind of child that really thrives on attention. He likes to feel special. She feels like he would enjoy spending time in a location with a lot of outdoor space to play, like a bigger yard or a nearby park. "He just loves to get outside," she said.
For special treats, Zach loves going to the movies or going bowling.
In school, Zach is on target academically, and is working on developing his social skills. He has expressed an interest in becoming an environmental scientist when he becomes an adult.
