Festival of Lights Returns to Middleborough in 2020
You do not need to travel very far for a spectacular display of Christmas lights. The 7th Annual Middleborough Festival of Lights is back again this season and will run on two consecutive weekends to get your family in the Christmas spirit.
Saturday, December 12
Sunday, December 13
Saturday, December 19
Sunday, December 20
The display will be visible from 4 to 9 pm each night. Tickets are $10 per carload at the gate, but you can save $5 by purchasing your ticket online HERE. Tickets are only good for the date they are purchased.
Drive through acres decorated with over 500,000 lights. Due to COVID-19, people must remain in their cars. Don't forget to see the cabin decorating contest.
My fiancé's family is from Middleborough and I remember driving through the grounds the very first Christmas we spent together. It really is wicked cute to see all the lights and meet new people in the community.
Due to the pandemic, we will not be able to stop at Christmas Village to purchase hot cocoa and cookies, or buy handmade authentic Middleborough ornaments. I'm going to miss getting a photo taken with Santa or the Grinch, and visiting the alpacas.
The Middleborough Festival of Lights is presented by the Middleborough Tourism Committee and will be held at the KOA, 438 Plymouth St, Middleborough, MA.
If you're interested in entering the contest and decorating a cabin or would just like more information about the Festival, contact Discover Middleborough on Facebook or send them a message at discovermiddleborough@gmail.com.
