Fall River Police make arrest in stabbing 

A 17-year-old Fall River boy was transported to Hasbro Children’s Hospital after being stabbed in an early-morning brawl Tuesday outside 247 Fountain St.Police arrested two individuals

A 17-year-old boy who witnesses allege assaulted and dragged the stabbing victim into an adjacent yard, and 19-year-old Alexa Torres, of 24 Hamlet St., who is accused of beating a woman at the scene, according to court documents.

The victim was transported to Hasbro Children’s Hospital in Providence. His medical condition was not immediately available. Police are still investigationg and additional suspects may be charged
