Ladies and gentlemen, making their way to the ring this Friday the 13th, don't miss sensational pro wrestlers returning to the Fairhaven VFW, as New Bedford's Shay Couto and Davey Cash present a night of bonzo-gonzo family entertainment.

"The fans will see old and new faces," said battle-tested ring beI promise, everyone will love the show, with plenty of super-villains to boo and lots of super-heroes to cheer on," according to battle-scarred pro, Davey Cash.

Both promoters have long been involved with and passionate about wrestling, but this is the first time Couto is making the jump from wrestler to promoter himself.

"I began by sweeping the floor around the ring starting at eight years old," he said. He has a built-in mentor in Cash, his uncle. Cash sized it up, saying, "Looking back, I've been going to shows my whole life."

They hope to sell out the Fairhaven VFW, with all tickets just $10 each.

Souvenirs, autographed photos of fan favorites, and action figures will be on sale, along with a fully stocked snack bar. There will also be an adult beverage bar to enjoy. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with the action starting at 7:30 p.m. with a pre-show warm up with two young area up-and-comers in the business. The show is sponsored by D and S Home Improvements and Brandon's Wrestling Oddities.

For many, this will be their first in-person pro wrestling event since the pandemic began. They're ready to cheer on the babyfaces and boo the heels and get back to having a great time, and Couto and Cash are hoping to make it all worth the wait.
